- Its like, social listening. ie: its a bunch of fellow radio4 fans tweeting along in real time listening to a 30 minute radio show chosen in advance.
- Its live. We thought about doing Listen Again but went for an old fashioned scheduled broadcast.
- Its 8.30pm. This Thursday February 26th on BBC Radio 4.
- We chose the rather lovely Analysis; this week’s episode is about anti social housing.
- The programme’s presenter is Richard Reeves, the director of Demos.
- Read this blog up til the broadcast. We’ll be adding in background info, random stuff and how to play along.
- We’ll also hoping to have the producer of the programme and contributor(s) lurking or (hopefully) tweeting along too.
- You need to follow http://twitter.com/jemstone/ and http://twitter.com/bowbrick/ leading up to the broadcast.
- The hashtag is #goodradioclub although i’ll expect we’ll pick up #radio4 too.
- Maybe if we’re lucky we might even trend some terms. oh yes.
- We will come up with some way to display live tags as we go along and endeavour to reply amongst ourselves whilst the programme is on air.
- We’ll curate the tweets post broadcast (maybe on http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/blogs/
- If it works well we’ll let the BBC co-opt it and do it again official like but more to the point we’ll ask you lot which programme to pick.
